(AMS) and RAM International announced today the release of ADTlink, a software tool for exporting analysis/design models from the RAM Structural SystemTM, the industry leading software solution for integrated analysis, design and drafting for all types of building structures, to the predominant CAD platform for architects and architectural engineering firms, AutoDesk's Architectural Desktop. AMS became a RAM International Strategic Development Partner (SDP) earlier this year. Commenting on the RAM SDP Program, Brad Whittemore, President of AMS, stated "RAM OpenLink is a very powerful development platform, and allowed us the ability to extract data in a seamless manner. RAM also worked with us along the way to ensure any technical problems or questions were quickly dealt with. We specialize in serving architectural firms with products and services to help make them more productive, while RAM focuses on serving consulting structural engineering firms. Working together, we plan to develop more products like ADTlink which will help to streamline the building design process and help our perspective customers be more productive."
