It's that time of year again, summertime, and that means only one thing,
the New Jersey Autodesk Summertime CAD Show. Due to the success of last
year's show, NJAUG has expanded this year's show to include the First
Annual Northeast Regional Autodesk User Group Show. The NRAUG show will
be on August 6th and 7th at the Hilton Parsippany in Parsippany, New Jersey.
This two day show will include training classes held during the day and
the trade show and guest speakers at night.
AMS will be providing a course on VBA for AutoCAD (course ID PR02) Earn
up to 1.5 AIA learning units for attending!
Introduction to VBA for AutoCAD
Whether you’re a classic AutoLISP programmer or have never done
anyprogramming at all in AutoCAD, this class will introduce you to the
power of Visual Basic for AutoCAD. The basics of object oriented programming
will be explained in an easy way to understand. Basic examples will
be used in AutoCAD to demonstrate various methods and properties from
the AutoCAD object model. VBA can be used to create simple macros that
save time or even to develop high-end applications that automate the
design process and interface with Microsoft Office documents. This class
is perfect for someone who wants to get a jump-start into programming
AutoCAD with VBA!
